Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and propose initiatives to streamline operational processes
Accomplish influencers legal requirements such as cover forms, order forms, and general terms and conditions.
Respond to queries related to contract clauses, taxes, and payments
Review contracts and quotations from influencers, talent management agencies, and suppliers
Ensure accurate computation of influencer fees, affiliate commissions, and applicable taxes
Work closely with internal teams and external partner in ensuring timely and accurate processing of contracts and payments
Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses related to influencer cost, affiliate commissions, and supplier fees

Requirements

At least 2 years of work experience in contract administration, audit, financial planning, budget management, or similar role
Professional certification/license such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus
Strong grasp of numbers and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Knowledgeable in legal terminology and finance/tax requirements
Problem solver and critical thinker
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with administrative processes and budget planning
Detail-oriented, reliable, and good team player in a fast-paced work environment
