Role Description
The Sales Head is responsible for leading the Company's business development, sales, and client acquisition initiatives to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and client retention objectives. The position develops and implements strategic sales plans, identifies new business opportunities, strengthens client relationships, and drives the achievement of sales targets across all service lines of the Company.
The Sales Head shall oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client prospecting to proposal preparation, contract negotiation, account acquisition, and account expansion. The position works closely with Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and other support departments to ensure that client requirements are properly assessed, proposals are competitive, and service commitments are effectively delivered.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or any related field.
• At least five (5) years of progressive experience in sales, business development, account management, or related functions, with at least three (3) years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, revenue growth, business expansion, and client acquisition objectives.
• Preferably with experience in service contracting, facilities management, manpower services, property management, janitorial services, B2B sales, or related industries.
• Preferably with an established network of corporate clients, property managers, building administrators, healthcare institutions, hospitality establishments, commercial establishments, industrial accounts, and other potential business partners.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Experienced in handling corporate accounts, key accounts, contract negotiations, bid submissions, proposal preparation, and business presentations.
• Knowledgeable in sales planning, market analysis, pricing strategies, contract management, and competitive intelligence.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop strategic sales solutions and business growth initiatives.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, business presentations, industry events, and business development activities.
• Possesses a valid driver's license and can drive a four-wheel vehicle (preferred).
