Role Overview

The Sales Head will lead the entire sales organization and nationwide partner network, driving both strategy and execution to achieve aggressive revenue growth. You will be responsible for building, training, and managing a high-performing sales team, handling the performance of distribution and sales partners, and designing scalable sales processes that enable nationwide expansion under a decentralized model.

This role requires a hands-on builder and strategic leader—someone who can inspire teams, manage partner networks, close big deals, and design systems that allow to scale across the country.

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive nationwide sales strategy aligned with company growth targets.
  • Define sales goals, KPIs, and incentive structures for both internal teams and external partners.
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue projections at national and regional levels.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities to expand reach.

Partner Handling & Performance Management

  • Manage and grow a nationwide network of partners, resellers, and affiliates.
  • Design performance scorecards, reporting mechanisms, and incentive structures for partners.
  • Conduct regular partner reviews to ensure sales targets, compliance, and customer experience standards are met.
  • Build strong relationships with partners to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.
  • Support partners with training, sales enablement tools, and co-marketing initiatives.

Team Building & Management

  • Recruit, train, and coach Sales Representatives, Support, and Team Leads.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and customer-centricity.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing mentorship.
  • Design scalable organizational structures to support regional and nationwide operations.

Revenue & Pipeline Growth

  • Ensure continuous lead generation and qualification in coordination with marketing and partners.
  • Oversee proposal quality, pricing strategies, and negotiation frameworks.
  • Personally engage in high-value deals and enterprise/partner negotiations.
  • Reduce sales cycle length while improving conversion efficiency.

Process, Tools & Data

  • Implement and optimize CRM systems for accurate nationwide sales tracking.
  • Establish standardized sales playbooks, partner guidelines, and best practices.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure seamless handoff from sales to Operations and Customer Experience teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Align with Marketing for campaign execution and lead generation strategies.
  • Partner with Finance and Consumer Lending teams on pricing and payment solutions.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure delivery on customer commitments.
  • Represent Sales and Partnerships in Management Committee discussions.

Qualifications and Skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced business education is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in nationwide sales, specifically with a decentralized business model (regional offices, partner-driven distribution, or franchise systems).
  • Demonstrated success in managing partner networks, resellers, or channel sales.
  • Experience in renewable energy, real estate, solar, or other high-value consumer solutions preferred.
  • Strong background in scaling sales organizations in high-growth environments.

Sales & Business Acumen

  • Deep expertise in B2C and B2B sales, negotiation, and deal structuring.
  • Ability to engage high-net-worth homeowners, SME owners, corporate, and decision-makers nationwide.
  • Strong knowledge of channel sales, distribution management, and nationwide rollout strategies.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling, ROI analysis, and consumer financing in the Philippine market.

Leadership & Communication

  • Inspirational leader who can drive both internal teams and partner networks.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter, both in English and Filipino.
  • Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Highly adaptable to a fast-paced, decentralized, and entrepreneurial environment.
