Job Description

Job Summary: The Head of Recruitment at Lhoopa Inc leads and oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that only high-quality, well-vetted candidates are endorsed to hiring managers. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail in scrutinizing candidate profiles down to the smallest elements before endorsement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to offer management.
  • Thoroughly review and scrutinize candidate profiles, resumes, portfolios, and interview feedbackdown to the finest detailsbefore endorsing candidates to hiring managers.
  • Ensure candidates meet not only technical and role-specific requirements but also cultural fit, leadership potential, and business alignment.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, candidate assessments, and hiring recommendations.
  • Establish and continuously improve recruitment processes, standards, and assessment frameworks.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation across all recruitment activities.
  • Drive execution with clear timelines, accountability, and measurable recruitment KPIs.
  • Handle complex or senior-level hiring and critical roles personally when required.
  • Strengthen Lhoopa's employer brand to attract mission-aligned and values-driven talent.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CHRP, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum 810 years of recruitment experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing recruitment full cycle.
  • Proven track record in strategic and operational recruitment, including high-volume, niche, and senior-level hiring.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and coach teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to critically assess candidate profiles and interviews.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
