Group HR Head

Overview
The Group HR Head will lead the development and execution of the organization's overall human capital strategy across the Group and its subsidiaries. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board, ensuring that the organization's people strategy supports business growth, operational excellence, and long-term leadership sustainability.
The role requires strong expertise in organizational development, leadership strategy, and end-to-end employee lifecycle management, while providing governance and alignment of HR practices across multiple subsidiaries within the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement the Group's overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive workforce planning, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders across multiple subsidiaries within the Group.
Organizational Development & Leadership Strategy
- Lead organizational development initiatives including organizational design, change management, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Establish frameworks that strengthen leadership pipelines and build future-ready capabilities across the organization.
- Support business units in driving organizational transformation and improving operational effectiveness.
End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Ensure consistent and effective HR practices across the Group while allowing flexibility for individual subsidiaries where required.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and strengthen the employer brand.
Executive & Board Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior executives on strategic people-related matters.
- Work closely with leadership on executive talent management, succession planning, and organizational capability building.
- Provide periodic HR updates and workforce insights to the Board and senior leadership team.
HR Governance Across the Group
- Provide strategic oversight and governance of HR policies, systems, and processes across subsidiaries.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and alignment of HR standards across the organization.
- Support subsidiary leadership teams in strengthening HR capabilities and implementing best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior HR leadership roles.
- Strong background in Organizational Development (OD), organizational design, and change management.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full HR lifecycle within complex organizations.
- Experience working in a holding company, conglomerate, or multi-entity organization managing multiple subsidiaries is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to engage with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and drive alignment across different business units.
