Job Description

The Head of Human Resources will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions across all business units of The Aivee Group. This role is responsible for shaping and executing people strategies that support organizational growth, talent excellence, and a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and operational leader, capable of building a people-first organization aligned with the Group's values of innovation, excellence, and customer-centricity.

1.Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and drive HR strategies aligned with the company's growth plans across its diverse portfolio of lifestyle, medical, and wellness businesses.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on organizational structure, culture transformation, and workforce planning.
  • Lead change management initiatives during expansion, business shifts, or organizational restructuring.

2.Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for clinical, creative, corporate, and operational roles.
  • Oversee talent forecasting and planning in line with expansion and seasonal staffing needs across clinics, retail, hospitality, and pet care businesses.
  • Drive employer branding strategies (e.g., LinkedIn Life, campus partnerships) to position The Aivee Group as a premier employer.

3.Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Promote a unified culture across all business units while respecting each brand's unique identity and service model.
  • Lead employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and internal communication campaigns to boost morale and retention.
  • Establish feedback loops, pulse surveys, and data-driven engagement strategies.

4.Performance Management & Capability Development

  • Implement and manage a performance management system that fosters accountability, feedback, and professional growth.
  • Develop leadership training, clinical upskilling programs, and career development plans tailored to each business unit's needs.

5.Compensation, Benefits & Wellness

  • Design competitive and equitable compensation structures and incentive programs.
  • Oversee benefits programs, wellness initiatives, and HMO coverage for clinical and non-clinical employees.
  • Ensure all packages comply with labor laws while supporting employee well-being and retention.

6.Compliance & Labor Relations

  • Ensure compliance with all Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and employment-related documentation.
  • Oversee the handling of employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
  • Mitigate legal and reputational risk through proactive governance and policy implementation.

7.HR Operations & Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver timely, accurate, and people-focused services across business units.
  • Standardize processes (onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, HRIS) while customizing support based on business unit needs.
  • Leverage data and analytics for informed decision-making and reporting.

8.Ad Hoc

  • Performs other related tasks that can be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • At least 810 years of progressive HR experience, with 35 years in a senior HR leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience managing diverse teams across multiple business units or brands.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations.
  • Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, or service-driven industries is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and a proactive problem-solver.
