Role Description The Head of Finance and Accounting is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati. This role oversees all financial and accounting operations, including the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and reports. The Head of Finance and Accounting manages budgeting processes, forecasts, and cash flow planning to support business objectives. The position leads the finance team, ensures compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls, and establishes policies and procedures for financial management. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring financial performance, providing analytical insights to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making, coordinating audits, and partnering with other functions to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance, with proven experience leading finance and accounting functions in a corporate environment.
• Ability to prepare, interpret, and manage Financial Statements and Financial Reporting in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience in Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic and operational goals.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is preferred, along with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Philippine tax laws, regulatory requirements, and best practices in internal controls and compliance.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and financial software; advanced skills in spreadsheets and data analysis tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer products industries is an advantage.
