Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
- Willing to lead the accounting team, and experience as Accounting head is an advantage. If not, at least 3 years of experience in Accounting in various departments, with exposure to General Accounting and handling people.
- With background in SAP.
- With payroll preparation and BIR reportorial experience.
- Goal-oriented and open to learning new things.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial statements.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Able to resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- Provide strategic recommendations and provide solutions to financial problems.
- Payroll preparation & filing of payroll-related taxes
- Cash flow projection and budget management.
