ACCOUNTING HEAD ( REAL ESTATE AND PROPERTY DEVELOPER)
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5
years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Crucially, proven experience in property management accounting is
required.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in accounting software specific to property management (e.g.,
Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, SAP).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Solid understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax
regulations relevant to real estate.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
