The Hardware Quality Assurance Engineer evaluates the performance printer hardware and technology modules to ensure the quality of products for the customers.
Your typical day will include:
- Evaluating product quality to ensure that product requirements and customer expectations are met from a reliability, functionality, performance, and usability perspective.
- Creating product reliability test plans and leading the execution of test activities.
- Data gathering, analysis and communicating the results to the stakeholders.
- Logging and tracking issues and findings from the test activities.
- Summarizing and reporting system performance and quality metrics.
- Collaborating with the development team and other stakeholders in driving resolution to issues observed in testing and identifying opportunities continuous improvement.
- Providing detailed product risk assessment as it relates to the impact on program schedule, costs, and quality.
We invite you to join our team if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical. Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
- Experience in quality assurance work, testing, and any related quality systems.
- Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Adaptable, collaborative and can work effectively with cross functional teams of different cultures and backgrounds.
