Our client is seeking a motivated and highly organized Graphic Designer to support the creation and execution of visual assets across the Events Practice. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bringing creative ideas to life, helping to prepare, organize, and produce polished graphics that support events, marketing initiatives, and the overall brand presence.
The successful candidate will join our client's growing and established Events Practice, working alongside a fun and hardworking team on a robust portfolio of events. Our client's conferences and events drive business results and social good for the company and its partners.
Role and Responsibilities
Asset Production & Final Execution (30%)
Design and produce finished visual assets across event and marketing deliverables, including social advertising, email campaigns, sales enablement materials, multimedia content, landing pages, and integrated event campaigns
Own layout execution, file accuracy, formatting, and brand consistency across all outputs
Production Coordination & Asset Setup (30%)
Support the production lifecycle of creative assets by organizing files, preparing final deliverables, managing versioning, and ensuring assets are production-ready
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors such as printers, fabricators, shippers, and freelancers to support timely and accurate delivery across events and campaigns
Creative Collaboration & Iteration (25%)
Partner closely with senior designers and creative leadership to interpret creative direction, translate feedback, and iterate on designs throughout the creative process
Contribute to refining concepts and improving executions across formats while working within established brand systems
Digital Platforms & Campaign Support (15%)
Design, update, and maintain assets across digital platforms, including WordPress and Cvent, supporting event websites, registration pages, and content updates
Design and format HTML emails in collaboration with the creative director and marketing team to support integrated marketing campaigns
The Ideal Candidate Has
24+ years of direct experience designing high-quality creative concepts
Comfort working in PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, and InDesign
A portfolio of personal work to share during the interview process
Exceptional creativity and a strong eye for visual composition
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertising, and multimedia design
Demonstrable experience with HTML and WordPress
Experience designing email marketing campaigns within templated platforms such as Cvent, Pardot, Mailchimp, Stripo, or similar tools
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and deliver quickly
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team structure
Initiative, creativity, and a get things done attitude with a coachable and adaptable mindset
Comfort operating calmly and effectively in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment
