Job Description

User Experience (UX)

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and flow diagrams to support UX strategies.
  • Translate research findings into actionable design improvements.

User Interface (UI)

  • Design modern, visually appealing, and responsive UI layouts for web and mobile platforms.
  • Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and alignment with branding guidelines.

Collaboration & Handoff

  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and product.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Optimization & Innovation

  • Continuously test, refine, and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance analytics.
  • Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects (web, mobile, or software interfaces).
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development process is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
