User Experience (UX)
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and flow diagrams to support UX strategies.
- Translate research findings into actionable design improvements.
User Interface (UI)
- Design modern, visually appealing, and responsive UI layouts for web and mobile platforms.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and alignment with branding guidelines.
Collaboration & Handoff
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and product.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Optimization & Innovation
- Continuously test, refine, and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance analytics.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects (web, mobile, or software interfaces).
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development process is a plus.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
