Creates and implements brand visual display guidelines and brand identity guides
Works closely with the Merchandising Team on product development requirements such as fixture designs, packaging, product brochures, etc.
Works closely with the Marketing, Operations and E-Commerce Team to create various initiatives such as in-store & online campaigns, promotions, off-site events, etc.
Provide pleasant shopping environment by implementing attractive store displays, maintaining concept layout, fixture and navigation in store.
Conducts regular store visits to ensure that the stores meet the Visual Merchandising Standards.
Manage repair requests for visual merchandising fixtures, brand signage, lighting, etc. where necessary
Provides detailed floor plans and assist in events set up, new stores set-up, old store tear-down and set-up & tear-down of temporary stores as and when required
Researches current trends and sources materials for new store designs, fixtures and displays such as modules, display tables, and small items such as hooks, hangers, risers, etc.
Creates visually impactful and engaging social media / online content
Shoots, edits and enhances high-resolution product images
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in art/design/creative Multimedia or equivalent
Substantial work experience in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Proficient with design software and technologies Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, After Effects, Corel Draw and Sketchup
Basic knowledge in product photography
Self-motivated, willing to learn, highly adaptable and positive
Creative mindset & interest in keeping updated with the latest trends, competitors
Good interpersonal and communication skills, can work well with minimal supervision and with a team
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Must be willing to supervise ingress of store events after mall hours
