Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Build creative, clean websites from customer provided submissions in a fully automated work environment,

utilizing Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator or web design software.

Select appropriate images from the digital library exercising sound judgment with regards to marketing and

business branding.

Prepare layout based on customer instructions by intuitively placing art and text while maintaining company

creative standards and following rules and guidelines.

Proofread websites specific instructions and quality (image resolution quality, color, design, etc.) prior to

submission.

Correct errors in advertisements or websites as instructed by a Quality Assurance Specialist or Customer

Review.

Make the appropriate changes in the website based on the customer's request

Additional Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain regular communication with direct supervisor

To provide assistance/support within the department

Overtime may periodically be required for this position

Maintain and update excel or online-tool based individual productivity and quality trackers

All other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time

Business Relationships

Constantly communicates with his TL regarding performance and areas of improvement regarding productivity,

quality and attendance.

Also may communicate with OM/SOM provided that he has clearance from TL or OM himself.

May communicate and coordinate with HR and other Support Departments if needed.

May interact with Copywriters through salesforce online tool regarding clarifications and issues they encounter

within a specific work package.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a production environment

Excellent attention to detail and proven accuracy

Strong design sense

Good written and oral communication skills

Ability to create a strong, actionable marketing design/graphics from supplied assets

Sound judgment and analytical skills for determining and solving problems/issues

Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Self-directed and able to work independently

Describe the most challenging aspect of this position

Being able to manage his individual productivity, quality, attendance and overall discipline while in the Studio.

Being able to cope with sudden and extended OT schedules whether in-week or scheduled during the

weekend.

Be able to adapt to sudden changes in work environment.

Analyzing complex and confusing instructions from client/sales rep

Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements, Education Required/Preferred

At least two (2) year degree in Graphic Design/related field or the equivalent Required

One to three (1-3) years experience in similar role Preferred

Intermediate Adobe Photoshop (tested upon interview) Required

Intermediate Adobe Illustrator (tested upon interview) Required

Adobe Acrobat Preferred

Microsoft Office Required

Web Design Software (Dreamweaver, HTML, etc.) Preferred

Willing to work in a shifting schedule including but not limited to graveyard shift,

holidays, weekends, or as needed by the business Required

Experience in a fast-paced production environment preferred Preferred
