Core Responsibilities
- Format and align lengthy documents for consistency and readability
- Check alignment, spacing, fonts, and overall visual presentation
- Ensure images and graphics are properly placed and optimized
- Perform grammar and spelling checks on all content
- Apply brand guidelines and maintain document templates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize documents for publication
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in document formatting and desktop publishing
- Ability to work on lengthy documents and ensure visual consistency
- Basic understanding of design principles and layout best practices
