Your Role:
As a Graphic Designer, you will :
- Understand and deliver creative concepts aligned with brand direction and guidelines.
- Create captivating content that brings clientsu0027 social media presence to life.
- Develop visual concepts and design campaign materials for various mediums.
- Ensure artwork meets the specifications for desired channels.
- Manage multiple deadlines and think ahead in a fast-paced environment.
- Present ideas through mood boards and concepts.
- Communicate design rationale internally and with clients.
- Organize workload and time management efficiently.
- Bring a can do, proactive attitude every day.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- 4+ yearsu0027 experience in Graphic Design roles (full-time or freelance)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design
- Proven experience managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Experience in an agency setting is a bonus but not essential for this role.
- Sport and culture lover
- Demonstrates strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Possesses advanced knowledge of the graphic production process.
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Additional skills in illustration, animation, and motion graphics are a plus.
- Exhibits strong conceptual skills and a keen eye for design, layout, and typography.
- Broad thinker capable of providing diverse design solutions for the business and clients.
- Well-versed in current design trends and popular content across social media platforms.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated team player open to exploring new approaches.
- Works efficiently and confidently within tight deadlines, both independently and collaboratively.
