Overview of Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated in-house Graphic Designer to bring many kinds of communication alive. The work encompasses many facets of Marketing - print, digital and motion graphic projects, where the designer will be creating banners, landing page mockups, and social media ads and campaigns globally. The position requires ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a fast-paced, growing environment. He/She will be responsible for delivering design and content, based on the needs of the program. Also, the Graphic Designer is set to challenge the conventional way of delivering messages across the target audience, through his/her strong visual sense and creative flair grounded by the company's branding. The Graphic Designer will be working closely with a team.
Essential Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Supports multiple sites in their marketing needs across all media channels.
- Creates story boards, campaigns, and creative materials specific to talent attraction.
- Serves as a social media manager and digital marketing strategies.
- Coordinates with stakeholders and vendors to ensure proper execution and on time delivery of creative materials.
- Ensures high quality and precise design output all the time.
- Acts as an ardent brand ambassador by consistently applying the branding norms in his works.
- Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills
Education:
- Completed at least two (2) years in college, preferably took Multimedia, Marketing, or Graphic Design as course.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Lightroom).
- Strong adherence to creative briefs, brand guidelines, project plans and deadlines.
- Knowledgeable in color theory and the ability to create balance and appealing color palettes.
- Functional knowledge in different Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective professional communication and business correspondence.
- Extremely well-organized and multi-task oriented.
- Amenable to work either in Taguig or Pasay.
- Must be flexible to work in shifting schedules.
- Preferably with:
- 1 year work experience in graphic designing, copywriting, and recruitment marketing.
- 1 year exposure on social media ad campaigns.
- Background on photography (professional/mobile)
