Key Responsibilities
- Creative Design & Asset Production
- Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with the Senior Designer to create and update marketing collateral, including pitch decks, social media assets, digital ads, and email templates.
- Web Management: Build and maintain website pages via WordPress, ensuring all content is current and UI/UX standards are met.
- Campaign Execution: Develop email content and automated flows in HubSpot and create in-app engagement experiences using AppCues.
- Product Launches: Design promotional assets that translate complex data into digestible, high-impact visuals for product launches.
Editorial & Data Integrity (Copy Editing)
- Rigorous Review: Proofread and refine all marketing and news content for grammar, syntax, and tone, ensuring alignment with our corporate style guide.
- Data Verification: Conduct thorough fact-checking of chart analysis; verify that chart numbers, legends, and data points are accurate and consistent.
- Content Optimization: Enhance headlines, captions, and body copy to improve readability and audience engagement without sacrificing technical accuracy.
- Collaborative Feedback: Work closely with the content team to provide constructive feedback, maintaining a high standard of professional discourse.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Design Toolbelt: Proven proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (required). Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, or basic video editing is a significant plus.
- Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience (or high aptitude to learn) WordPress, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Presentation Pro: Advanced PowerPoint skills, specifically the ability to turn data- heavy slides into clean, professional layouts.
