JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Design graphic work for online events from different teams simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
2. Collaborating with the Marketing team to participate in building, proposing creative ideas, designing publications for online and offline advertising campaigns (Static, Print and Video).
3. Design media publications for Facebook, Instagram channels, including graphics and video editing.
4. Research, learn and update new design trends in order to improve the quality and efficiency of design products.
5. Perform other tasks at the request of the team (if any).
JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduated in Fine art design, Multimedia Arts, or any Bachelors degree related to Graphic Design, preference will be given to candidates with experience in designing for marketing communications.
2. Have at least 2 or more years of experience in the field of design
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Adobe XD is a plus), other design tools and AI applications
4. Can Illustrate/draw, cater designs of tangible assets (merch, event collats etc.)
5. A broad understanding of social media, and marketing design layouts
6. Passion, knowledge in the field of online entertainment is an advantage.
7. Have a sense of responsibility for the quality of design products, keep commitments on deadlines.
8. able to break out of own comfort zone, wash out personal style when designing, can cater to different design styles/personalities.
