Global Rewards Specialist (Compensation & Benefits)

Location: BGC, Taguig

Contract: Fixed-term (12–18 months)

Salary: 90,000-100,000

About the Role

We are looking for a Global Rewards Specialist to join our Global Rewards team, providing operational and analytical support from our Manila hub. This role plays a key part in supporting annual compensation cycles, maintaining reward systems and data integrity, and assisting with global benchmarking and reporting activities.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across Australia and other global offices, acting as a trusted partner for compensation data, processes, and systems execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end‑to‑end delivery of annual and cyclical compensation and incentive processes
  • Prepare, validate, and manage compensation data for system uploads, reporting, and payroll coordination
  • Generate compensation letters, statements, and cycle outputs with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Support salary survey submissions and market benchmarking activities
  • Maintain compensation data, templates, and tools to ensure smooth cycle execution
  • Produce regular and ad hoc compensation and rewards reporting for internal stakeholders
  • Support benefits reporting, vendor coordination, and employee queries as needed
  • Assist with data governance, audit readiness, and pay equity analysis
  • Contribute to process improvements and broader rewards transformation initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in compensation & benefits, total rewards, HR operations, or HR analytics
  • Comfort working with HRIS or reward systems, data tools, and spreadsheets
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence managing large datasets
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global stakeholders across time zones
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, cycle‑driven environment
