About the Role

As the General Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our establishment. You will oversee daily operations across all departments—from the front office to F&B—while implementing strategies to boost profitability and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations: Oversee front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and administration.
  • Strategy & Growth: Develop business strategies to achieve revenue, occupancy targets, and business partnerships.
  • Financial Management: Handle budgeting, financial planning, and strict cost control.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and evaluate department performance while driving a culture of excellence.
  • Guest Relations: Manage service recovery and ensure top-tier guest experience standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure full adherence to health, safety, and industry regulations.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8–10 years in the hospitality industry.
  • Leadership: At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial management and operational planning.
  • Soft Skills: Strong ability to handle high-pressure situations and guest concerns effectively.

Good-to-Have

  • Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations systems.
  • Experience with production planning and maintenance operations.
