Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
  • 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
  • Experience with accounting software and spreadsheets.
  • Must possess analytical, mathematical, taxation, and accounting skills.
  • Must be keen on details, reports, and must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Data Accuracy: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial dat entered into the general ledger.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts to ensure the balances are accurate and consistent.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Close Processes: Assisting with monthly and annual close processes, including preparing necessary adjustments and reconciliation.
  • Analysis: Analyzing financial information to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Tax Return Preparation and Filing: Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, business, partnerships, and corporations. Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns, adhering to legal deadline. Maintain detailed records of tax transaction and filings.
