Our client is an Independent Global Fund Administrator offering a comprehensive range of fund administration services for alternative funds and digital assets. As part of their expansion plan, they are currently looking for a Manager - Fund Accounting (Client Services) to be part of their team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This role focuses on managing client expectations and operational aspects of the expansion.
FUNCTIONS
Reporting to the Head of Client Services/MD or an equivalent position, you will:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the company's business lines and associated product/service offerings, identifying opportunities for relationship expansion through cross-selling.
- Communicate clients needs to various business functions and operational support teams.
- Promote and facilitate effective internal communication across all business lines to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Engage in strategic communications with clients and negotiate service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring and managing client SLAs and operational deliverables.
- Stay informed about the industry and regulatory landscape, recognizing trends and new growth opportunities.
- Build professional relationships with clients and other key internal/external stakeholders.
- Oversee the integration of new clients and coordinate new launches for existing clients.
- Work with the Operations team to identify areas for process improvement and system development to minimize operational risks and enhance efficiency.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments of clients.
- Maintain internal CRM tools.
