Job Description

  • Provide timely support and resolution of SAP tickets raised by clients.
  • Record, track, and monitor all support tickets to ensure issues are addressed within agreed timelines.
  • Prepare and generate monthly reports summarizing tickets per client, including issue categories, and resolution times.
  • Maintain and update client documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Coordinate with teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation of processes, solutions, and client interactions for knowledge sharing.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recurring issues and recommending preventive measures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or management to support business operations.
