ew:They are looking for a full-time Social Media Advertising Specialist to create, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, You Tube and Snap Chat to primarily promote our online masterclass

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, advertising tools, and best practices for driving engagement, leads, and sales. This position offers flexibility with hours, allowing you to work remotely and manage your time effectiv

Key Responsibili

  • ties:Develop, implement, and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, You Tube and Snap
  • Chat.Create compelling ad copy, visuals (still and video), and other creatives that align with brand voice and g
  • oals.Conduct audience research to optimize targeting and segment campaigns for maximum effective
  • ness.Monitor and optimize campaign performance, making adjustments to achieve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and engage
  • ment.Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies and object
  • ives.Track and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future campa
  • igns.Stay up to date with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in social media adverti

sing.A/B test ad creatives, targeting, and budgets to ensure continuous campaign optimiza

tion.
Required Qualifica

  • tions:Proven experience managing social media advertising campaigns, preferably on Meta platforms and LinkedIn and Google would also be benef
  • icial.Strong understanding of social media advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager,
