What You'll Do

Campaign Management: Build, implement, and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, managing budgets of $10K$100K+ effectively to maximize ROI.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing on creatives, ad copy, and audience targeting strategies to uncover winning combinations.
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor performance daily and leverage audience segmentation and retargeting to improve KPIs.
Reporting: Generate weekly reports using Looker Studio and Google Sheets, sharing actionable recommendations with managers via Slack.
Creative Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with creative teams to develop engaging ad content based on performance data.
Strategic Support: Assist in preparing client presentation decks and ensure all campaigns align with the broader marketing strategy.

What We're Looking For

23+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Budget Management: Proven experience managing $10K$100K+ monthly ad spend (Agency experience is strongly preferred).
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Looker Studio and intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills for internal coordination and reporting.
Operational Reliability: Ability to work EST business hours and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Nice to have: Client-facing experience, 12+ years of experience with Paid Search (Google Ads), and experience working in agency environments or multi-brand portfolios
