Role Overview
We are looking for a TikTok Content Strategist who can build and scale engaging, brand-driven content. This role goes beyond posting — it focuses on creating repeatable formats, strong storytelling, and content that strengthens brand identity while driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Ideation
- Develop content formats, concepts, series, and one-off ideas aligned with the brand
- Build 3–5 repeatable and scalable content formats within the first 90 days
- Ensure all content supports long-term brand building, not just short-term output
Creative Execution
- Write scripts and provide clear shoot direction (on-cam or off-cam)
- Guide editing direction — understands pacing, hooks, and what makes a strong final cut
- Collaborate with creators, and internal teams to bring ideas to life
Content Optimization
- Provide posting strategy — what to post, when to post, and why it will perform
- Adapt trends only when relevant and aligned with brand identity
- Continuously refine content based on performance and audience response
Content Areas Ownership
- Product storytelling — elevate basics into desirable, must-have pieces
- Lifestyle skits — relatable, clean, and on-brand (never forced or cringey)
- Founder / Brand POVs — shape and communicate a clear brand voice
- Customer insight stories — create content that resonates and reflects the audience
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience
- Proven experience managing or contributing to a brand TikTok account (not just personal)
- Demonstrated ability to grow or improve a brand's TikTok presence with measurable results
- Strong understanding of the difference between:
- Content that fills a posting calendar
- Content that builds a brand
Must-Have Proof
- Portfolio or direct links to TikTok accounts/content worked on
- Before-and-after metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.)
