Role OverviewLeads digital marketing and e-commerce strategy to drive online sales, brand presence, and campaign performance. Combines strategy + hands-on execution, while managing a small digital team.
Core Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Strategy- Develop and execute digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Manage paid ads, SEO/SEM, social media, content, and influencer marketing
- Optimize website and e-commerce platforms for traffic, UX, and conversions
- Track and improve campaign performance using data
2. E-Commerce Management- Oversee online store operations (product listings, pricing, promotions)
- Drive sales growth through campaigns and merchandising
- Analyze customer behavior and sales trends
- Coordinate with operations for smooth order fulfillment
3. Team Leadership- Manage 2 direct reports (email/copy + social/influencer roles)
- Set KPIs, guide performance, and ensure aligned messaging
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and branding teams
4. Content & Campaign Execution- Oversee content across email, social, and web
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Run campaign planning, A/B testing, segmentation, and automation
5. Data & Performance- Monitor key metrics (ROI, conversion rates, CPA, etc.)
- Provide insights and optimize campaigns using analytics tools
- Ensure compliance with data/privacy standards
Key Requirements (Must-Haves)- 5+ years in digital marketing or e-commerce
- Proven track record in driving online sales growth
- Experience managing digital campaigns + e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify/WooCommerce)
- Leadership experience (handling at least a small team)
- Strong skills in:
- Analytics & data-driven decision making
- Paid media, SEO, and social media strategy
- Digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta, email platforms, etc.)
Nice-to-Have- Background in FMCG, retail, or health-related industries
- Certifications in digital marketing, e-commerce, or analytics
