Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust 3-statement financial models, rolling forecasts, and scenario analyses across multiple client engagements
- Prepare investor-ready financial reports, executive dashboards, and board presentations
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers
- Transform large and complex datasets into clear, actionable financial insights
- Design data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support executive decision-making
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline financial reporting processes
- Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality, accurate deliverables
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or financial modeling
- Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or multi-client settings
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, including complex modeling and formulas
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to enhance analysis, reporting, or financial modeling workflows
- Strong knowledge of data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms
- Ability to quickly analyze large datasets and identify meaningful trends
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; MBA, CPA, or CFA highly regarded
