About Anonyma.ai:

Anonyma is a marketing tech startup helping brands scale their organic social media presence using AI-powered content and real-device infrastructure. We manage 100+ accounts across multiple platforms, working with e-commerce and B2B clients to maximize reach without paid ads.

At $50K MRR and growing fast. Funded by SF-backed multi-exit founders. Building the backend for organic social at scale.

The Role:

You own our physical infrastructure. Every phone, device, and account that goes live runs through you.

Today that's 200+ devices. Within the year, 1,000. Long term, 10,000+. Your job is to build the system that gets us there without things breaking.

This is a founding team role. You'll work with Nacho (CEO) and Sam (CTO), with a small team of 1-2 already in place. Most of your time goes to phone and device ops. The rest goes to helping the founders with whatever matters most that week.

If a client needs 100 accounts live in two weeks, we tell you and sleep fine. That's the bar.

Equity isn't common in PH startups. We think that's broken. This role comes with real equity and a clear path to Head of Office Operations.

What you own:

Phone & Device Infrastructure (70% of your time)

  • End-to-end phone ops. Procurement, setup, proxy configuration, warmup, API connections, going live
  • Keeping 200+ devices healthy. High connection rates, low downtime. Lots of this is teachable. What's more important is you can learn and figure it out.
  • Building SOPs so the process gets faster every cycle
  • Tracking what matters. Connection issues, warmup success rates, device uptime, setup-to-live time
  • Working with Sam to automate and improve workflows. Make the current process better. Then make parts of it unnecessary via automation
  • Managing and scaling from 200 to 1,000+ devices
  • Growing and managing the on-site ops team as volume increases

Founding Team Support (30% of your time)

  • Helping with client onboarding and check-ins
  • Internal ops. Keeping the team aligned, filling gaps
  • Special projects. New workflows, GenAI R&D, etc.
  • General founder support. Some weeks that's a pricing analysis. Other weeks it's screening candidates.
The growth path:

Day one. You own the infrastructure. Prep to live, every device, every account. Hands on.

6-12 months. You've built the system. Workflows are documented. Your team handles volume without you touching every device. More time optimizing, less time executing.

Head of Office Ops. 10,000+ accounts running smoothly. You built the system. You run the department.

You're a fit if you:
  • Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues without waiting to be told how
  • Think in systems and like organization. You don't just do the work but you build the process so it gets easier every time
  • Can manage a small team and grow it
  • See gaps and fill them
  • Write clearly. Document as you go. If it's not written down, it doesn't scale
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity
  • Hear 200 devices scaling to 10,000 and get excited, not nervous
You shouldn't apply if:

  • You're uncomfortable owning outcomes when the path isn't clear
  • You've never worked somewhere where priorities shift weekly
  • You'd rather manage from a spreadsheet than touch hardware
The reality:

This is on-site. The phones live here, so we need help with managing them here.

You'll walk into 200+ devices, a small team, and founders who need you to take infrastructure off their plate. Some days you're configuring proxies. Other days you're troubleshooting connections across 50 devices or figuring out how to onboard 100 accounts faster than last time.

No playbook. Just problems to solve and a company to build.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $700–900/month + 0.10-0.25% equity, negotiable depending on experience
