We are currently looking for an experienced Financial Reporting and Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support our global finance operations. The role involves participation in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and supporting international entities across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in financial reporting processes and regulatory capital calculation activities for the client's holding company and its entities
- Prepare and review quarterly management reporting packs, including Balance Sheet and P&L of the consolidated holding company
- Perform periodic cash forecasting for international entities
- Support audit and regulatory compliance requirements across multiple regions including US, UK, Australia, Denmark, Hong Kong, Germany, and India
- Ensure process documentation is properly maintained and updated
- Perform other finance and reporting tasks as required by the client
Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of financial reporting
- Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF) and other MS Office applications
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- 23 years of relevant accounting or financial reporting experience
