Job Description
The Financial Reporting Supervisor is responsible for supporting financial reporting and analysis, with a focus on trade and other receivables, other current assets, other noncurrent assets, as well as review of the deliverables from the fixed assets team. This role ensures accurate financial records, compliance with accounting standards, and timely reporting to support business decision-making.
Trade and other receivables:
- Review of the consolidation of the trade receivable aging reports and ECL computation.
- Analysis of the consolidated trade receivable MoM, QoQ, and YoY comparison.
- Providing adjustments related to trade and other receivables.
- Account reconciliation for the assigned financial statement line item.
- Verification of reports sent by the Revenue Cost Accounting team.
Other current and non-current assets:
- Assist in identifying variances and analyzing transaction movement.
- Perform account reconciliations and address discrepancies.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of financial closing activities.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Verification of reports sent by the Project Control and Fixed Assets team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, general accounting, or auditing.
- Experience in leadership and mentoring roles.
- Knowledge of PFRS, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with multiple entities in a group.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
