Financial Reporting Supervisor

What You'll Do

To lead the Financial Reporting team in ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant preparation of financial and regulatory reports, while providing financial insights, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting management's decision-making.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supervise the Financial Reporting Specialists, ensuring timely completion of schedules and high-quality output.
2. Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and other applicable accounting and regulatory requirements of reporting schedules prepared by FR Specialist.
3. Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including management reports and income statement analysis.
4. Consolidate and summarize key financial highlights and analyses for management's monthly financial statement review.
5. Prepare and submit financial schedules and other regulatory or management reports required by external stakeholders, including auditors, government agencies, and other regulatory bodies.
6. Responsible to maintain data integrity and management of all relevant schedules.

What We're Looking For

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Educational Attainment: Bachelor's degree in accountancy

Licensure: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (required)

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, financial statement preparation, or general accounting.

• Analytical Thinking – Demonstrates the ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
