Financial Reporting Manager
The Financial Reporting Manager ensures that consolidated financial statements are reported correctly, in coordination with other Business Unit Finance teams. He/she will provide strong leadership and management support to the Corporate Controller in driving financial reporting excellence and compliance to prescribed standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Leads the groundwork for the quarterly and annual regulatory reporting requirements for the entire conglomerate including interim and annual financial audit process
- Aligns the entire organization in the adoption of new accounting standards and policies in consideration of Securities and Exchange Commission regulations and requirements
- Is in charge of the overall financial reporting and BIR/local tax requirements
- Ensures consolidated reports are accurate and in line with appropriate accounting principles and standards, and spearheads process changes or systems as necessary
- Conducts financial statements analysis (consolidated Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cashflow)
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 5 years of solid statutory reporting and financial accounting experience; Consolidation experience is an advantage.
- Preferably with minimum 3 years external audit experience
- Communicates with impact; able to interact and collaborate with senior management and across different levels of the organization
- Experienced in SAP or other similar ERP systems
