Job Purpose
To provide timely and accurate report required by management and regulatory authorities (BIR, IC, SEC and other regulatory agencies)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Internal Financial Reporting. Prepares financial closing process; prepares mancom report per product, channel and location; prepares monthly Profit and Losses.
- External Financial Reporting. Prepares quarterly Enhanced Quarterly Reports on Selected Financial Statistics (EQRSF), Financial Reporting Framework 9FRF) and other Financial Corporation Survey (OFCS); Assist in the preparation of schedules and reports for the Annual Statement; assist in the preparation of schedules and reports for the external audit.
- Bookkeeping. Prepares schedules and reconciliation of the following accounts Death Claims Individual Life & Variable, Maturities & Surrenders and Outstanding claims death, maturities and surrenders.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in accountancy or any Accounting related courses.
- Preferably with 1-2 years experience in the same role.
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.) with data analysis tool.
- With excellent English communication skills both oral and written.
- With excellent attention to details.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
