As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will enhance commercial strategy through precise reporting, pricing evaluation, forecasting, modeling, and sales performance analysis. The Qualifications We Seek
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modelling
- Experience working with financial systems and BI/reporting tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Desirable: Experience with HubSpot CRM
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Your Daily Tasks
CRM Reporting & Sales Data Management (HubSpot)
- Maintain high-integrity sales pipeline and historical deal data.
- Review weekly sales information to ensure accuracy of all reported figures.
- Prepare monthly board KPIs, update metrics, and build charts highlighting performance vs targets.
- Support sales forecasting by coordinating with Sales Leaders to validate closed/won activity.
- Oversee deal compliance, ensuring all sales entries are accurate, complete, and properly updated.
Master Data Management (Pronto)
- Maintain customer account groupings and ensure correct tagging at the Group level.
- Assign, validate, and update product categories to support accurate reporting and analysis.
Business Intelligence Reporting (Cognos)
- Develop dashboards and performance views that help leaders assess commercial results.
- Produce recurring scheduled reports, including quarterly contract summaries and customer/vendor insights.
- Support enhancements or new reporting needs as business requirements evolve.
Sales Commission Management
- Partner with Sales Managers to set annual and quarterly sales targets.
- Compile monthly actual vs target reports for each division.
- Calculate quarterly commissions with full accuracy and proper documentation.
Sales Analysis & Strategic Insights
- Provide ad hoc sales analysis by customer group, product category, or growth initiative to support CFO and executive decisions.
- Identify trends and deliver clear, data-driven insights that guide commercial strategy.
Budgeting
- Monitor and track operating expenses such as travel, wages, marketing, and IT costs.
M&A Data Integration
- Assist in consolidating data from business acquisitions, ensuring alignment with existing reporting frameworks and master data structures.
