Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The Role

Kimtan Labs is looking for a high-impact FP&A Manager to oversee the financial integrity and regulatory health of our growing brand portfolio (Posh Skin Co., DR.10, and Sunday's).

You aren't just a numbers personyou are the bridge between our third-party accounting firm and our CEO. You will own the monthly closing process, ensure we are 100% audit-ready for the BOC and BIR, and provide the FP&A insights needed to scale our SKU profitability.

What You'll Do

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Creating and maintaining the 1224 month rolling forecast. They should be telling you why you missed your budget, not just that you did.

Liaising with Accountants: Managing the external firm to ensure the close happens faster and that the data is structured in a way that actually helps Kimtan Labs (e.g., department tracking).

Cash Flow Management: Especially critical if you are a lab/R&D-heavy business. They track your burn and runway to ensure you never hit a wall.

Unit Economics: Analyzing the cost of your services/products. Is Kimtan Labs actually profitable on a per-project basis

• Process Scaling: Implementing internal tools (expensing software, payroll systems, or automated invoicing) so the company can grow without hiring more admins.

What We Need

The Credentials: You are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). This is a non-negotiable requirement for our compliance standards.

The Experience: 58 years of experience in Finance or Accounting. Experience in FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce is highly preferred, as you must understand inventory and import-heavy business models.

Regulatory Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Philippine tax laws (BIR) and import/customs regulations (BOC). You know how to keep a scaling business compliant and organized.

The Builder Mindset: You are comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment. You are happy to roll up your sleeves for an audit one day and present a growth model to the CEO the next.

Tech Savvy: Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems/accounting software.
