Our Finance team deliver sustainable growth for our business, customers, and much-loved brands. We're part of a $12.2 billion gross profit organisation, responsible for driving an exceptional level of performance and creating the potential for future growth.

About the role
Purpose of Role:
The FP&A Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting Diageo's performance and long-term growth by providing financial insights, delivering accurate reporting, and partnering with cross-functional teams. The role contributes directly to business performance management through high-quality analytics and a strong control environment.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
· 5-8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, and regional management reporting.
· Strong analytical skills, with solid working knowledge of Excel, PowerBI and exposure to systems like SAP/BW and Anaplan.
· Ability to work independently with good judgment and accountability.
· Experience in FMCG or shared services environments preferred.
· Familiarity with global finance processes, performance management cycles, and matrix organizations.
· Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.
