Job Description

The Financial Planning Associate is primarily responsible for data gathering and conducting initial analysis to prepare the company's budget and reports. Additionally, they provide support in monitoring financial planning activities, budget administration, report generation, and analysis.

Responsibilities:

Budget Administration:

  1. Prepare budget templates for all companies.
  2. Gather and validate submitted budget data.
  3. Distribute approved budget allocations to different units.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  1. Generate and analyze data for variance reports across all units.
  2. Distribute variance reports to respective units for review.
  3. Maintain comparative expense reports per branch, area, region, support, and affiliate units.
