We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team, supporting Outlook Gardens Ltd, Outlook Gardens Maintenance Services Ltd, and The Plant Collector Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive suite of reports derived from Wintree, Hubspot, Shopify, Sum Up, and Xero. This role is pivotal in providing actionable insights and supporting business decision-making across all three companies.

The main responsibilities of a DATA ANALYST include:
- Design, develop, and implement data reports and dashboards using information from Wintree, Hubspot, Shopify, Sum Up, and Xero.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement through data analysis.
- Support ongoing maintenance and updates of existing reports and analytics tools.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on accessing and interpreting reports.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with data extraction and analysis from Wintree, Hubspot, Shopify, Sum Up, and Xero.
- Building/reporting dashboard
- Experience working in a small company
- Strong proficiency in data visualisation tools and reporting software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in horticulture, garden maintenance, or retail sectors.
- Familiarity with business operations of small to medium-sized enterprises.
