Key Responsibilities

Oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial standards.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability metrics.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Support strategic decisions with financial analysis and forecasting.

Implement internal controls and risk management practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / CA preferred).

5+ years in financial management or controlling role, ideally in retail / e-commerce.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax compliance.

Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
