Finance Controller – Onsite (Quezon City)

This role is built for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and control. As Finance Controller, you will own the integrity of accounting operations—ensuring that every transaction is recorded correctly, processes are enforced, and financial data remains clean, reliable, and audit-ready.
What You Will Do
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate recording of transactions
- Lead month-end closing with focus on completeness, accuracy, and reconciliation
- Design, implement, and enforce accounting processes, controls, and documentation standards
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, including approvals and supporting documentation
- Maintain clean general ledger and sub-ledgers that support reporting and dashboards
- Utilize systems to ensure proper postings, approvals, and controls
- Identify process gaps and strengthen controls to minimize operational risks
- Collaborate with Accounting Leads and cross-functional teams to standardize workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field; CPA is an advantage
- Proven experience in managing accounting operations, controls, and month-end close
- Strong understanding of accounting processes, reconciliations, and compliance standards
- Experience using ERP or systems or similar platforms
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Able to enforce structure, policies, and process discipline across teams
- Comfortable working hands-on with transactions, data, and system workflows
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
