Accounting and Compliance Lead – Onsite (Quezon City)

This role is designed for someone who can operate across entities with control, clarity, and consistency. As Accounting and Compliance Lead, you will oversee accounting operations within a shared services setup—ensuring clean books, disciplined processes, and full regulatory compliance across all managed businesses.

What You Will Do

• Lead and review accounting operations across multiple entities
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing with accurate, reconciled balances
• Enforce accounting policies, internal controls, and documentation standards
• Manage and review the output of the shared accounting team
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
• Serve as the main point of contact for auditors and external accountants

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA strongly preferred
• Solid experience handling multi-entity accounting or shared services environments
• Proven track record in leading month-end/year-end close and ensuring clean reconciliations
• Strong understanding of compliance, tax requirements, and audit coordination
• Experience managing or reviewing a team with clear output standards
• High attention to detail with ability to enforce controls and accountability
• Comfortable operating in structured, process-driven environments
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
