Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Controller (CPA) to lead our Finance & Accounting Division. This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller, located in Davao. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, manage financial reporting processes, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities also involve evaluating financial data, analyzing company performance, and offering strategic financial direction to drive efficiency and profitability. The role requires overseeing accounting processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain robust financial operations.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Exceptional Analytical Skills and knowledge in Finance
• Expertise in Accounting practices and standards
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
• Proven experience in financial leadership roles is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and solve complex financial challenges
