Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller based in Davao. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage financial reporting, and ensure accuracy in accounting processes. The role includes analyzing financial data, improving financial efficiency, and ensuring compliance with the company's policies and regulations. The individual will also be responsible for presenting financial insights and collaborating with other departments to support decision-making and budgeting processes.
We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Controller (CPA) to lead our Finance & Accounting Division. This person will serve as the head of finance, responsible for overseeing our financial health, ensuring strong controls, managing treasury functions, and providing strategic financial insights to support company growth.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Expertise in Finance and Accounting processes
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance with financial guidelines
- Proficiency in financial tools and software applications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA qualification is a plus)
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in relevant industries
