Job Description

The position is accountable for providing accurate, timely, and relevant monthly, quarterly and annual financial data production, reporting, analysis, planning and forecasting to different stakeholders of the Global Wealth and Asset Management & General Account (GWAM & GA) Finance Financial Planning & Analysis - Institutional team, supporting our Business Unit in Canada. Morning shift with flexibility during key critical peak days of FP&A teams.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Actively involved with consolidating, analyzing, and synthesizing large amounts of financial and non-financial information from various stakeholders
  • Prepares high-quality monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards and presentations in a time ly and organized fashion catered to the needs of the different stakeholders of Global WAM & GA Finance - Financial Planning and Analysis - Institutional
  • Prepares Monthly Sales report, MIS Package, Desk P&L, Commentaries, support for Monthly Forecast and Annual Planning cycle and others
  • Prepares and maintains templates of report packages, highlights key issues, and participates in issue resolution
  • Presents monthly sales report that highlights Key Messages and variance analysis to Institutional CFO
  • Supports the annual consolidated planning process, including investigation of trends, model projections, sensitivities, metrics and preparation of presentation decks
  • Initiate improvements by exploring, identifying, and implementing reporting, analysis, and process solutions
  • Works closely with the North America business unit, Stakeholders and MBPS FP&A teammates to ensure a smooth reporting and planning process, assisting in ad hoc requests as needed
  • Participates in team cross-training to establish back-up and improvement of processes handled

Required Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or at least 2 years of related work experience in Finance, specifically in financial reporting and analysis

. Knowledgeable in Power BI is an advantage

. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
