Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably in consumer goods or FMCG
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
