Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Conduct variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights.
• Support the finance team in financial audits and compliance efforts.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
• Support business cases and investment proposals with sound financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
• Proven experience (typically 2–5 years) as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
