Financial Analyst

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
• Preferably CPA
• With one to three years of work experience in accounting or auditing
• Must be attentive to details
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Amenable to working in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City

Job Overview:

1. To handle certain subsidiaries for consolidation in the SMC Consolidated Financial Statements:

• Review financial data of subsidiaries handled;
• Review of BPC balances of subsidiaries handled;
• Review Financial Statements, Notes, MD&A, and other SEC reports of subsidiaries handled;
• Other reportorial reports required for subsidiaries handled.

2. Prepare and review schedules for SMC and Top Frontier Consolidated Reporting:

• Prepare and monitor intercompany matching report;
• Assist in the preparation of IS analytics report per business concerning balances of subsidiaries handled;
• Prepare and analyze the schedules for PPE, Investment Property, and Intangible Assets.

4. Prepare and review certain schedules for Notes to Financial Statements of SMC and Top Frontier.

5. To perform other tasks that may be required from time to time.
