JOB SUMMARY:
Handles the analysis of finances, maintains financial statements/records of a particular business
area or unit. Monitors data flow and ensures compliance to required standards.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reviews balance sheets, operating income, and expense accounts, order to confirm
institution assets and liabilities.
• Reports financials and applicable operational metrics and highlights key drivers which
impact the profitability of the Business Units
• Determines the appropriate financial structure to support the business needs, handling
10-20% of the overall company's Client's Revenue base.
• Provides and supports the Business Units on an annual basis in creating the unit budget,
operational assumptions, and templates for consolidation and discussion.
• Analyzes financial information to produce forecasts / latest estimate (LE) and plans on
revenue and profitability as required to support the business operating unit or a support
unit
• Provides various analysis and alternative solutions to aid management in decision
making
• Reviews contracts entered into by the Business Units
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or
any Finance or Business-related courses.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 2 years relevant work
experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills and excellent communication skills,
oral and written.
• Experience on large corporate structure, BPO industry, preferred.
• Experience in SAP system or other MIS system in a multinational company.
